A Thousand Words

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I have been looking back at many of my pictures from 2019 in Peru lately and thinking how true this is. There are so many things I think of each time I look through them. There is no way I could even begin to express all of the memories and emotions that come while looking through them. For the next few weeks I would like to share some of the pictures that are near and dear to my heart.

Today is about everyday school life. I think there are so many things we took for granted before this pandemic hit. The simple joy of being in the classroom and teaching a new group of students is something that I truly miss. What do you see in these pictures that cannot be experienced in virtual learning?
